Manufacturer Mueller Co. LLC and staffing company IH Services Inc. face a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit after allegedly subjecting female employees to a hostile work environment and then retaliating against them once they complained, the EEOC said Tuesday.
According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, IH Services assigned female cleaners to work at Mueller’s fire hydrant manufacturing plant in Albertville, Ala.
